[[http://www.arraycomm.com/|ArrayComm]] is a supplier of adaptive antenna platforms for cell phone providers. They're also doing something called [[http://www.arraycomm.com/internetproducts/iBURST.html|I-Burst]]. I-Burst uses their adaptive antennas to provide high-speed wireless IP networks for the last mile. There's not a whole lot of obvious technical detail up there, however, UhfTelevision indicates that they're using the UHF television band to provide their data services.
