Play Day Coordinator

Responsible for the coordination, oversight and completion of Play Day events. Sets deadlines, secures venues and speakers, enlists/assigns participation of individuals within the PTP community, prepares event progress reports throughout preliminary stages of an approved Play Day concept and concludes Play Day events by providing an event summary for Board review. Submits Play Day proposals two months in advance of event date for PTP Board review and approval. Conforms to formats conducive to educating the wireless community of interest, such as: classes, tutorials, workshops and technology presentations. Codify the duties, scope and workflow of a Play Day Coordinator on a quarterly basis.
