 * Russell contacted a Comcast and ADT on his mom's behalf. Retention offerings of ~50% discounts in service were alarming. Switched to Ziply.
 * Cacti had been held back from being upgraded due to PHP incompatibility, but by now was missing an ssl library, so had to be upgraded.
  * Unknown why the poller is not updating, most sites seem to use spine, but that is an AUR in arch.
