Agenda
- Meet newcomer from PSU?
- Node notes:
NodeWeist -- submitted a proposal, consisting of three NanoStation M2's
NodeEcotrust -- Two MR24's deployed in place of the Cisco 1200 802.11b and Ubiquiti PicoStation 2
NodeSechzig -- still need to invoice for hardware
NodeCascadia -- service call, ultimately determined to be a problem with a bridge loop (someone had clicked an ethernet cable between 2 ports of a gigabit switch). In the meantime, moved the private network to the PTP router, turning on the DHCP server, making the network topology much more sane than previously , and reflashed a current version of LEDE for good measure.
NodeWhet -- maybe delivering a DIR860L-B1 to Ted to install
NodeKeegan -- heard from Keegan, hoping to have node plugged in within a week or so
NodeMarshall, NodePrinceton, NodeSteele, NodeLutz, NodeBillyRays, NodeLuckyLabNW, NodeUglyMug also updated to current FooCab bits.
Brief report on SkyPilot take-apart party on Saturday, down to about 2 dozen SkyExtenders, with a supply of SkyGateway's as well, thus far untouched. Disposition/disposal of other artifacts. Aluminum scrap nets $102, check due in a few days.
PTP MR24 purchase? Russell suggests that PTP make an offer on 10 Meraki MR24's to augment the supply Russell has established personally, Keegan has offered support for the idea. Russell has noted several locations where our existing routers could be replaced (where a single ethernet is sufficient): NodeBillyRays, NodeLuckyLabNW, NodeNewDeal, NodeBarXV, NodePioneerSquare, NodeAnnaBannanas, NodeLutz, NodeCrowBar, NodeBitHouse, NodeRerun, NodeLuckyLabNorth. Furthermore, in some cases, such as NodeGooseHollow, they could be used as dumb indoor APs. It is likely they could be obtained for a very reasonable price. Seems worth considering.

Notes
RussellSenior went to today's Digital Inclusion Network meeting, much discussion about Google re-re-confirmation of not serving new markets (Portland). CUB rep and MaryBethHenry's replacement were there.
KeeganQuinn - still unpacking, will plug in node in a week or so.
- Spencer is looking to relate built environment construction to human interactions.
- Node Notes:
NodeCascadia - previous lan configuration was bridging printer to timeclock though DSL modem (ptp lan ports plugged back into modem, due to timeclock IP stuck at static). DHCP wasn't working now due to looping traffic. Now loop is removed (local devices only plugged into PTP).
- Later flashed "muffin" which showed excessive memory consumption until reboot.
NodeSechzig - still need to bill out.
NodeWeist - LivingroomRealty has been sent initial proposal based on site visit ~ $400
NodeEcotrust - replaced APs (one of the original Cisco APs) now Meraki MR24s on Stephouse, need to move to Ecotrust switch
NodeCedarHillsCrossing - this time only rebooted Integra DSL modem to fix.
NodeWhet - (North of Belmont on 32nd?) WAN interface switched to bridge to allow private network on wireless as well br-wan.
RussellSenior will give AP to TedBrunner
- House has heavy wood siding, node ("seen") should be on the external wall
- Many updated nodes:
- About 26 out of 60 now LEDE
NodeUglyMug was not in Cacti
- Issue w/ath9k radio and Broadcom-based clients (AP resets), so slowing new deployments, in case there is another issue.
$102 check coming from from MetroMetals (50th and Columbia)
TedBrunner and KeeganQuinn approved PTP purchase of more MR24s, about $34.50 on Ebay.
Widgets at NodeGreenNoise and NodeCoalition (changed names/owners twice) would ideally be replaced out of existing MR24 stock.
Next week's meeting, NodeLutz, deploy Meraki
