There are benefits of membership ... but they require signing the MembershipAgreement.

 1. The active membership determines the leadership of Personal Telco.  In accordance with our articles of incorporation and bylaws you will be entitled to vote on the board of directors.

 * A feeling of self-worth. :-)

There are other benefits that we hope to offer in the near future.  Here are some of our ideas:

 * Can purchase PersonalTelco member only merchandise (caps, t-shirts, polo's)

 * Discounts from participating merchants.

 * Username and password for splash pages.  This would offer increased bandwidth and the unblocking of port 25 for the sending of email.

 * Immunity from pledge drive splash screen nag ware
