Russell switched to a static configuration with the old ip address and it worked again * 2023-09-11 -- shortly after 9:00 am, we stopped getting telemetry from the gateway or any of the access points * 2023-09-14 -- discovered the outage * 2023-09-15 -- investigating, Russell found the upstream not working. Returned home and contacted Stephouse/Wiline and opened a ticket, was headed back to confirm the WAN port was plugged, got a call back from Wiline indicating Carl had terminated service.
