WifiBoxUsers have OpenAccess to a WirelessBlanketOfInternet whenever they are close enough to a WifiBox.  Ideally, that's all they will need to know!

WifiBoxUsers want to reap the BenefitsOfWifiBoxes without ''having'' to think about the wondrous complexity that makes this possibile.  (The goal of a WifiBoxBuilder is to create an infrastructure that serves WifiBoxUsers.)
