* 2006-05-03: Flashed a new image based on [http://metrix.net/support/dist/pyramid-1.0b1.img.gz Metrix Pyramid] to the metrix and power cycled. Had to fixup NAT (/etc/default/nat needed an interface added) and fixup DNS (added the upstream nameservers as an option to dnsmasq.conf). Also added a "panic=5" to the command line in /boot/grub/menu.lst to support automatic reboots on kernel panic (this has been useful on Mississippi since madwifi-ng has had stability issues). Needs NoCat setup, but is otherwise working now. The Apple Mac that didn't connect before, does now. Yay. --RussellSenior |

- 2006-02-16: Stopped by to check things out. Report was PC's were connecting okay, but Mac's were not. Node host has a Mac. Fiddle-faddled around getting oriented, eventually figuring out that: a) MUST REMEMBER ABOUT NOCAT!!; b) sucky ping times ( around 1 to 1.5 seconds) seem to be the result of traffic, not anything faulty; c) the dhcpd.conf was misconfigured as a /24 instead of a /26, which i've fixed.
2006-02-14: Created this page in compliance with NodeAudit. Filled out some missing info. According to reports on the MGP list, this node is misbehaving and needs some attention - CalebPhillips
