* Russell brought some adapter/couplers that his neighbor, HowardBarney of Bayhouse, fabricated for him today.  They mate with nominal 1-inch pipe threads on one end, and a 1-inch outside diameter to fit inside the metrofi mast.  Russell busted two 4-40 taps while working on installing some set screws.

 * Discussed status of remaining SkyPilots (Dryer Electric has "closed its doors"; Danny Pharr started a new company, Eagle Electric, which might end up removing the rest of the gear, or maybe not)
 * Discussed plan for donk replacement, Russell notes the problem of 2U power supply, suggestions made for buying used equipment from FreeGeek, BoardOfDirectors concensus is to buy new to try to ensure maximum longevity, BoardOfDirectors approves purchase of 2U power supply.  Russell to order.
 * Russell reports on KGW News interview today regarding security of free-wifi.
 * Discussion of PTP helping to fund a trip by Russell to [[http://battlemesh.org/BattleMeshV4|BattleMeshV4]] outside Barcelona next month.  ChristopherChen and MarinoDuregon expresses support for the idea, to help build ties to other CWNs.  Russell recuses himself.
 * Russell reports on Portland Broadband Strategic Plan, Civic Engagement and Digital Inclusion Working Group.  Looks like it is headed for WeLackTheForesightToDoTheRightThing status.
