NodeMississippi - Russell cycled the bullet, but did not come back up, unknown issue at this point

Sub-account is possible, but can we get FuTel specific checks
- No additional nominees were brought forward
All present gave consent to renew RussellSenior and TedBrunner to be on board of directors
Discussion about ByLaws:
- Russell will review membership agreement, so we can sign off on it
- Russell will locate the Articles Of Incorporation
We will give 30 days notice of ByLaws updates and board meetinng (first in-person meeting in September?)
- Russell suggests we could just modify the membership requirements to remove the membership fee
Concluded AnnualMembersMeeting at 7:55pm
OleErrson - Interested in grants, Umpqua still has affordable/technology as focus, but not a large grant offered
Is the AfroVillage check taxable? Russell will first talk with Nandani. Then do we need to pay taxes sooner?
- Arden Hamfest recommendation for radios, also discussion about how good Arden mesh network is
- decent bandwidth in some areas, Arden software is 100Mb as opposed to several K in packet radio
- non-commercial use, except for first-person operator
DigiPi - MeshPBX (astrix)
