NodeAnnapurna - Ole still needs to run wires into stairwells, too high out front without lift to place and AP there.
- ARPA Grant update - MoU not likely to be drafted until we give them a syllabus for training.
- Russell suggested our $37.5 number would cover any roof they wanted.

Russell met with JenniferRedmond today and has interest in grant progress. She had met with AFV last week.
- Interest in having whoever takes over the network be able to build our software distribution for updates.
- Juan has sent out another request to meet.
- City of Portland broadband mapping project, was supposed to happen in August (also phone access, and do people have access to devices).

- Citizen initiatives have a lower filing threshold at county than at the city, $150K to get an initiative on the ballot.
- Ted is leaving town on the 15th, probably not at next week's meeting will be out until March 3rd.
- Women in Tech has shut down due to funding issues.
