  • NodeAnnapurna - Russell ordered a replacement M300, but appears to be an M200 (different CPU), complaining to seller ordered a replacement

  • NodeMississippi - Russell cycled the bullet, but did not come back up, unknown issue at this point

• Knod was being hammered by bots, Russell restarted apache

• Russell closed US Bank account, cashiers check to OnPoint. Russell downloaded past statements from US Bank ($15K+ including FuTels)

  • No additional nominees were brought forward

  • All present gave consent to renew RussellSenior and TedBrunner to be on board of directors
