[http://www.arraycomm.com/ ArrayComm] is a supplier of adaptive antenna platforms for cell phone providers. They're also doing something called [http://www.arraycomm.com/internetproducts/iBURST.html I-Burst]. I-Burst uses their adaptive antennas to provide high-speed wireless IP networks for the last mile. There's not a whole lot of obvious technical detail up there, however, UhfTelevision indicates that they're using the UHF television band to provide their data services.
