Pointer to mark pages that should be deleted.
Only users with special privileges can delete pages. Users with normal privileges can indicate that a page should be deleted by replacing the content of a page with "DeleteThisPage" plus, perhaps, a small note explaining the reason the page should be deleted. Eventually a user with delete privileges will notice and either delete the page or remove the marker.
