Europe

• 100mW EIRP for 802.11b
  • - Ireland allows commercial operations once you apply for a basic data telecoms licence which costs Euros 2500. Regulated by ODTR.

• 802.11a is unknown and may have some problems gaining certification due to conflict with HiperLan.

• HiperLan allows output upto 1watt in certain frequencies.

New Zealand

• 1000mW EIRP
