* Regular Monthly Meeting: * Node updates are well underway, may be complete by meeting time, includes: * new ssh hostkeys, * new OpenVPN keys and CA infrastructure, * new root passwords and /etc/shadow hash. * TP Link WDR3600 in some cases, e.g. with a private network and filtering rules, runs completely out of space on flash, solved by removing some unused psutils-ng applets from build configuration * Worth noting that nodes that are offline will (probably) not be able be remotely reachable after the old CA key expires on August 3rd, if they come back up. * Node notes: * NodeCedarHillsCrossing -- DSL modem was replaced, but we had a different outage, appears to be a power delivery problem inside the mall, we can't reach either of the Buffalo WZR600DHP access points since noon-ish on Monday. * NodePotatoChampion still needs router to be returned and plugged in. * NodeEcotrust got its upstairs AP plugged back in, cable had fallen out of the PoE injector. * NodeLuckyLab -- will try to replace the APs with Meraki MR24's at the meeting. * new VZA node coming in St Johns, meeting at the site next Monday. |
