  • Ted went to the EFF Stingray presentation May 14, cell site singular, EFF developed software to track stingrays, heavily deployed in Washington, DC. Whitepaper "Gotta Catch Them All", generally newer generation phone protocols better prevent interception.
  • DNC conference 2024 found one StingRay. 2G downgrade is a clear visual that there is an attack
