I think the idea of a free city-wide wireless network is really cool. I am doing my part to promote it by helping people learn how things work, and organizing group purchases so everybody can get the supplies they need as cheaply as possible! 
I am also dabbling in NoCatAuth development, and am a developer for FreeBase. All in my non-existent free time.
