In an effort to coordinate IP addressing between Wireless Groups, the range of address in the 10.11.0.0/16 block are reserved for Personal Telco Nodes. A global list of IP Blocks is available from FreeNetworks.org at FreeNetworks:NetworkAddressAllocations.
