Personal Telco Network Operations Team
The Network Operations Team (or ["NOT"]) is a small work force which is tasked with managing the technical implementation of the majority of official Personal Telco services, including nodes and servers.
The NOT presently consists of 13 members:

The NetworkOperationsTeam is going on it's third name; previously it was known as ["PTPOps"], and before that SpecialOps.
