ArborLodge Node 134 - Aaron Baer

This node provides coverage to the Arbor Lodge Park in North Portland. Local neighborhood coverage comes from a wgt634u running openwgt resulting in a Linux based AP and a the 12dBi Omni Directional Antenna. I would say that almost anyone in the area with a chance to get a client antenna on their roof can connect from the surrounding area easily. Signal reception in surrounding houses could also be good. If you are successful email me at aaronb@personaltelco.net
Also, though you have to dodge some trees here and there, there is great coverage in the park.
Here is a great idea of the coverage. However, I've placed the antenna in a little better vantage point now so it is probably even better now.
As of 2006 this network is growing. We are now using olsrd to create a dynamically routed mesh network.
Please the ArborLodge documentation for more details.
