  • Installed BeWitched 0.2 beta (Nancy), for convenience this was done by installing on a second CAB and the radio was moved from the old hardware to the new. As usual I did not remember all the information that the new box needed.

  • Moved CAB into the rafters. One long cross over cable runs from the DSL modem up to the CAB.

You'll need a ladder to power cycle if it goes haywire.

  • Bumped up IdleTimeout and LoginTimeout now set to 3600 and 28800 respectively to be more long term user friendly. IdleTimeout was set to 300 and not listed in /usr/nocat/nocat.conf .

I'm assuming I can just add it. Hopefully 300 is the "not defined in conf file" default value. We'll see. nocat not restarted since customers are currently using the network.

• 2004 August 23, AaronJohnson Added custom iptable rules for cowcam and plasma. Refer to /etc/nocatauth/fw_exception And /root/exception.* cowcam and plasma have static IP addrs assigned from /etc/dhcp.conf and are also listed in /etc/hosts
