The node aims to provide access to PTPnet; see NetworkAddressAllocations for addressing information. Unfortunately, the link to ["Node504"] is not yet completely stable. Check back soon for more information. Internet access is available as well. The node was originally a part of an experiment aiming to provide access to PTPnet. It featured a working physical wireless link to [[Node504]], but was never completely stable. The node now provides only Internet access.

Details

The main part of this node was a Soekris embedded system located on the roof of the house. The best coverage was along Hassalo St., roughly a block in either direction. Unfortunately, this portion of the node has been taken down and is no longer available.

There is still a 3com AP is located inside on the second floor. Street access should be available at short range, especially with an antenna.

The node was originally a part of an experiment aiming to provide access to PTPnet. It featured a working physical wireless link to Node504, but was never completely stable. The node now provides only Internet access.
