Of the 20 Alix boards that Personal Telco purchased during the project to retire all the recycled PCs a couple years ago, we sold two out of our stock pile to a local nerd that was in a big hurry to get a nice capable x86-based router device. The funds generated by those sales have been sitting in our PayPal account, awaiting purchase of replacements. We would have ordered them sooner, but much of last winter and spring PC Engines was out of stock of the devices we needed to replace. Now seems like a good time, particularly since we've gradually been running out of the nice, cheap passive PoE injectors that PC Engines sells. As a way of sharing the shipping costs (which can be substantial) I want to offer to do a group order for people who would like to order direct from Zurich with us.
