The Personal Telco Handbook

The PersonalTelcoHandbook was initially put together by TomHiggins using some documentation on ThisWiki as well as some NewStuff. It aims to be a printable and distributable resource for Node Hosts, Node Owners, and pretty much anyone who wants information on PersonalTelco. This wiki page aims to be a place to plan and organize this document as well as to simulate much of it's content in a PureWiki form.
