AdamShand has run ISPs in New Zealand and is the sparkplug behind PersonalTelco, organizing the disparate groups into an working, drinking organization. Also crusades for the elimination of capital letters.

• Psu Wireless (http://www.sdots.com/wireless/) BR SamChurchill's multi-media Wireless LAN site has a large collection of information and links. Sam's is located near Portland State but his website is not associated with PSU's 802.11b campus-wide LAN. It does not currently have an AccessPoint.
