The SpecialOps Team is the group of people responsible for building, installing and maintaining our public nodes (ie. NodeMap). It is largely due to them that we have nodes installed in public places that actually work. The SpecialOps team is no longer referred to as such. See NetworkOperationsTeam for current information; everything here is for historical reference only. Want to be a Special Ops team member? It takes linux, networking and wireless clue (at least 1 x cluebyfour) and it helps to be under-employed, have transport and be able to speak in complete sentences. Think you can hack it?
