StephaneChatre is meeting with DaveJensen this week to begin a transition of the role of SW Area Captain.
InstallFestMarch2004 is all set, read the InstallFestMarch2004 page for more info. The event will be March 20th from 12pm-5pm at ["Node236"].
MichaelWeinberg is looking for backhaul near 69th and Powell for an Earth Day event (April 17th) at Kellogg Middle School. The Van is proposed as a relay point, but we need to get it going. TomHiggins is going to look for potential nodes for backhaul.
Resolved Business
MusashiHybrid - Radio ad to increase PTP awareness using non-profit radio stations i.e. KBOO, KBPS etc. Broadcast out the dates/topics for the monthly meeting and other events, new nodes turn ups etc.
MusashiHybrid plans to finish radio add this week.
Old Business
- Design business cards. Looking for several designs to choose from.
TomHiggins needs cards now. Plans to use template created by MichaelWeinberg and vetoed by AaronBaer. Waiting on design from EdenSchwartz for final card design.
MusashiHybrid - Public Access Cable project to broadcast PTP projects, node turn ups, play days, educational days, monthly meetings, etc.? TomHiggins has a contact with someone who has completed the classes for use of Public Access equipment.
TomHiggins has friend who has finished Public Access class. Says it is very easy. Suggests a few PTP members go through classes. MichaelWeinberg will try to contact LC student who was working on documentary.
