Review progress on HistoricMississippiCommunityNetwork, including RussellSenior's not-completely-successful update/reboot of metrix-west with madwifi-ng modules.
- Russell tried a new kernel and madwifi driver on Cecily's metrix. new madwifi wasnt being loaded on boot. drove over and got into the box via wired ethernet. added pre-up modprobe command to /etc/interfaces.
Discuss caleb's idea of selling pre-flashed WGT634U as client devices
- Write documentation instead (at least for v.1.0). Caleb started a "so you want to be a node" document.
- Discussion of (largely unatainable or prohibitavely expensive) candidate hardware for such a document
LuckyLab install update
- The owner should be contacted again. Rob has been looking into it but may need assistance.
- What kind of APs did they buy? POE?
- How can ethernet be run from the outside patio area back into the building
- DonPark,TroyJaqua,RussellSenior are all available on the weekend to get it installed
