  • NodeWygant -- installed an MerakiMR24 in the complaining party's apartment with the help of Charlie, on Friday. Need to get VZA Homes a bill, ~$60.

  • NodeCedarHillsCrossing -- a couple outages of APs this time, the gateway was fine. Apparently due to a power switch in the wrong position.

  • NodeEcotrust -- upstairs access point ethernet is disconnected, implying the injector is connected but not to our gateway. Was able to connect from the other access point, 2nd-floor device is up, and I could log in, but ethernet down (not our bug). Sent an email to my access contact, hope to hear back tomorrow before our meeting.

  • NodeSechzig -- had an outage on Sunday, checked on Monday, hardware was up, suggested it might be a billing issue with ISP, it came back without further intervention from me. Still need to send VZA Homes an invoice for our install last fall.

  • NodeGooseHollow -- need to schedule a time to complete the installation there, which will involve pulling a new cable. Russell will coordinate with the hos

  • NodeGreenNoise -- new owner, new location on Killingsworth. Did we recover the hardware?
