• Hillsboro HiLight will be on line sooner than expected, partially funded by GainShare program which will bump the schedule + American Rescue Plan $. Half of addresses between 2024-2025, complete all 38K households by 2027

• Digital Inclusion Network - meeting today, presentation from new contact at Multnomah County, as well as Oregon Broadband pair responsible for managing Federal infrastructure grants. Rules will be developed in May.
  • City Office of Community Technology - hiring more positions that also showed up at meeting
• Position Russell applied for at Office of Community Technology has closed, will be filled in January.

• HamWan - $88K grant to create link from Washington to Oregon. Will connect up with Willamette Mesh Network

and join that mesh
