• Futel fiscal sponsorship - in$urance application (if we go forward) requires signed MoU indicating: project is added to sponsors in$urance, legal compliance for charitable donations and fee enforced/documented, project has a job description for leader, regular communication with project, project submits annual budget and report (to sponsor).

  • NodeAnnapurna - Russell and Ted went on Saturday and set up gateway and AP in garage.

    • other 9 MR24s left, some plan to run cables serially, maybe switches, some manner of using wall warts for power.
    • deposited checks from Ole and metal recycling
    • Ole is applying for the Umpqua technology grant

  • NodeFirstUnitarian - still need to visit to replace roof AP and possibly cable

  • NodeBeulahLand - still need to run cable and place roof AP

  • NodeEcotrust - Need to replace first floor injector, 100Mb capable - possibly December for an early meeting

• ARPA Grant - Russell and Ted will meet with AfroVillage tomorrow at 1pm to try to finalize MoU

• Futel sponsorship - if we do go forward, in$urance requires MoU be formalized and signed with Carl

• No meeting next week, following week is the monthly at NodeLuckyLabNW
