  • NodeGooseHollow -- the newly installed PoE switch was spewing syslog information about not finding a PoE port, Russell turned off the daemon which doesn't seem to be needed for normal operation and doesn't work.

• Futel fiscal sponsorship -- board of directors resolution has been drafted, circulating for signatures
• ARPA grant update -- no news
• Jason will now be out both the 2nd and 3rd Wednesday of May, so need to start the filings sooner than past years.

  • Russell hasn't had a chance to update the MR24s yet

  • NodeGooseHollow - Realtek PoE daemon on switch complains about PoE not being available on ports, so Russell stopped it for now. Haven't asked for payment yet from node host for switch.

    • Also saw the MR24 in GooseHollow reset the link (but not reboot)

• Signing fiscal sponsorship resolution to support Futel grant application
• Ted will not be available 4/17 and 4/24, Jason will miss 5/8 and 5/15, try to squeeze in 990N and CT-12 filings between those events.
• Next week's meeting is not on a Wednesday, but 6:30pm Tuesday at 13th Moon Gravity Well
