• ARPA Grant Update - Russell sent feedback on excluded items, and reminder today. Comment was still looking.
• Futel - ACH from East Portland Action Plan grant to US Bank account, Karl wants to defer spending, but will give us receipts, Russell will check report out date

  • Initial discussion about thinking about combining orgs - as part of asking Karl to join the board
