  • NodeBrunner -- Customer received complaint from tenant about telehealth online education class (single 5 hours mid-day) Last 2 have not worked from apt. Next class planned for 1/22. Tenant wants to know if she needs other arrangement for class. Customer would like PTP to do some brainstorming and trouble shooting.

  • NodeWhet -- still down. Customer back from Mexico. She thought it started working. Will schedule a trouble shoot date.

  • NodeBrunner - issue with tenant with an AP in apartment on ceiling, has good coverage for MacBook Air, Freezia is OK, but other medical providers use a different program, seems to not work after a period of time. Captive portal issue, maybe provide ethernet?
