The WirelessCommons was started by AdamShand, BrucePotter, PaulHolman and CoryDoctorow and is primarily defined by their manifesto which was released to the public in December of 2002.
Their goals are still being decided and defined but documenting how to start a community wireless network as well as attempting to define exactly what a community wireless network is, are probably amoung them. -- AdamShand
