Being...that devices will need access to the PTPnet that will not have the ability to run a Web Browser to Authenticate to NoCat, the method and program the PTP uses to allows users to gain access to the PTPnet after reading and agreeing to our AcceptableUsePolicy.
Being .... that the PTP holds the agreement to the AcceptableUsePolicy is a legal requirement to gain access to the PTPnet
Being .... that a method must come about to allow users who have agreed to the AcceptableUsePolicy to registger devices for use on the PTPnet
Resolved .... a method be created to facilitate the above
Resolved .... users will not be required to register thier MACs, the only devices that need to be registered will be those without the ability to agree to the AcceptableUsePolicy via a web browser
