ARPA grant update -- possibly prompted by some gentle backchannel questions, we got a reply from Wanda that they are still
evaluating all their information and expect to communicate with us "very soon". The last substantive conversation we had with them was in late January. Ted has gone on two significant trips since then. Their grant deadline was (is?) the end of June. - Futel fiscal sponsorship updates
