Preliminary Requirements

Get DSL

First things first, you will need a "high-speed" internet connection. DSL is preferable to other service types because it is slightly less monopolistic (providing you more choices).

Although any high-speed internet connection with reasonable Terms of Service (TOS) will suffice, here are a few DSL companies that we can recommend:

• Speakeasy

  • Phone: 1-800-556-5829
• Stephouse Networks

  • Website: http://www.stephouse.net/

  • Phone: 1-877-622-4678
• DSL-Only

  • Website: http://www.dsl-only.net/

  • Phone: 1-866-375-6659
• Easystreet

  • Website: http://www.easystreet.com/

  • Phone: 1-877-529-8402
