RussellSenior bounces power on GrandCentral roof, returns the PreWiMax link to operation
RussellSenior connects a suction-cup directional antenna to the FreshPot Edimax and points it at metrix-ballroom. Seeing an rssi of about 35 at the metrix. Hopefully the suction cup will hold and no one will pull it off.
Ballroom DSL goes down a couple times, RussellSenior and EricMessersmith go over to Ballroom building and bounce the DSL modem.
RussellSenior goes home to retrieve a Buffalo WHR-G54S configured as a client, and returns to Amnesia.
- Eric says that the Boise Neighborhood Meeting is next monday, Russell (and ??) should try to go.
RussellSenior and EricMessersmith go to Eric's house and plug in the Buffalo, then reconfigure the Missnet-06 WGT to use the Buffalo for its upstream connection (basically disabling dnsmasq, the usb-radio silliness, and its IP number) and it works.
RussellSenior returns to Amnesia and chitchats with DonPark about Meraki's.
