I live in Atlanta, GA (Dunwoody) and would love to see a wireless community get started here. The problem is that cable is primarily controlled by AT&T Broadband and DSL is primarily controlled by Earthlink and Bell South. Each of these organizations have Acceptable Use Policies which strictly prevent their customers from "sharing" connections legally. If anyone has any suggestions on how to accomplish it legally in the metro Atlanta area, please chime in!

I have had wireless access in my house for over a year. I've got Cisco's Aironet Access Point 340 with the Aironet wireless NICs in my laptops. This is also what I use at work so I just set them up exactly the same and never have to change any settings whether I'm at work or at home.
