Notes
- The P75 has been removed.
- The AP is 100mW which gives a nice strong signal.
Linksys 4-Port Etherfast "broadband/dsl" router installed, 23 March 2002. Simply, the dsl modem plugs into the WAN port. the etherfast NATs the NoCat box and XP machine. the NoCat box NATs the wireless network and the two ethernet cables that are pulled through the office wall.
- There is one office computer (WinXP). It is connected to the Linksys Etherfast router, and it pulls a DHCP address on the 192.168.0/24 subnet from the router.
The NoCat box provides NAT and DHCP for the wireless network, 10.11.13/24. The NoCat box is statically assigned an IP (192.168.0.6) in the 192.168 subnet, to talk to the etherfast.
Western Digital OnTrack software was installed on the harddrive to get around the bios disk size limitation.
Port 2222 is forwarded to the NoCat box at 192.168.0.6, for SSH. (reestablished --DonPark)
NoCat box is down, scheduled for replacement by a member of the CloneArmy, due to reliability issues. Watch this space.
