NodeBitHouse -- the node (nip) which had been AWOL since Mar 29, 2022 20:09:13 reappeared on Nov 8, 2025 19:11:57. It was down for a few days and then came back online Dec 31, 2025 17:15:29. Russell noticed it was back in the evening of Jan 2, 2026, and built it a new firmware and flashed it remotely. Based on wifi scans of nearby networks and wigle.net's database, it appears to still be in the old Bit House Saloon location, which I believe is now called "Swan Dive" or something. Maybe we've found our next meeting location?
NodeKlickitat -- a couple outages at JohnMorrison's house. First due to kernel panic being sent to /sys/fs/pstore/, and the presence of a file there causes the router to boot into recovery. It happened earlier in December and again New Years Day. Also, observed 100Mbps speeds to the roof. Checked the ethernet end where it goes into the E8450 and it looked faded and suspect, so Russell nipped off the end and crimped on a new tip, which seems to have stabilized the connection. No flaps since I got done fiddling with it. On Sunday, January 4, Russell reflashed all of the E8450s with fresh bits.
NodeLuckyLab -- ap1 not responding as of this morning.
NodeMisdemeanor -- closed December 31st.
- Russell is learning about ONT hacking and ONT bypass, has a C5500XK ONT/NID thingie pulled apart, with a C6500XK on the way.
- OSUOSL -- got an email with a rough transition agenda from Lance.
- Discuss schedule (Russell no longer has guaranteed 3rd Wednesday conflict - now quarterly).

NodeBitHouse - Node seems to have come back (years later) in same location (now called Swan Dive).
NodeKlickitat - E8450 - kernel panic is saved in an area (/sys/fs/pstore) - also causes next boot into recovery mode.
- "mesh" nodes sometimes become unavailable due to Kasa smart home outlets - misconnecting to wifi (tplink mac address - unplugged one that appeared to be bad, than another).
- Cacti also not seeing "mesh" nodes now, but pingable.
