This is the PERSONAL TELCO bus stop. PersonalTelco is based in PortlandOregon and is one of the largest WirelessCommunities in North America and probably the world. We are building a community owned and operated free wireless network. It uses the MoinMoin wiki software with a lot of minor hacks to change the way it looks.
