NodeAnnapurna -- A bunch of APs are plugged in, bridged with dumb switches. Ole is considering more APs to the additional stairwells, possibly another 5 MR24s. Some work done on Zyxel GS1900-24e switch firmware.

- Gear disposal:
- 7 lengths of LMR400 gifted to a contributor, they had been in the stockpile unused for most of Russell's involvement with PTP, since the mid-aughts, unlikely to ever use them, given modern PoE-powered radios.
- other random detritus, e.g. ancient 802.11b Cisco APs, in pile to go to e-waste.
- APRA Grant update -- no news, presumably due to holidays. still waiting on security-instrument specifications, MOU finalization.
- Russell going to Seattle on Thursday, back by Friday evening if not earlier.
